Hi everyone, I am back after a very long break.
That break consisted of finishing renovations on a house, getting a new job, selling the house and not getting to enjoy all the renovations, moving over 3400KM's across the country from Hamilton, ON to Airdrie, AB.
Having another baby and now finally getting back to writing this blog.
Time has been a tight commodity around these here parts.
With all of that I'd like to introduce you to my new daughter, Lauren Beryl Ann Rickards!
She can be seen in her swing, practising her roller coaster pose.
Some more updates, with the move we have a fancy new house. We've never owned a new place and I must say I'm loving it!
Here you can see it after it was freshly graded by the builder.
And is Amelia enjoying some iced cream on the new porch.
Next up I dug a services trench to our parking pad, future home of the garage and then paid down some grass.

I also got a new car, you can see the Fiat above, hiding behind the sod.
Now the only thing left to do is get the garage up and built and move some of the basement stuff out there.
After all that is done I'll be back to working on some projects, building model aeroplanes and the rest of normal life.
That's it for now. Quick update with more to come.
-Colin.
